The chauffeured fleet that can be requested is listed below. Chauffeur Muscat does not claim that every vehicle is owned directly by the company. Do not assume a colour, model year or seating layout until it is confirmed in writing.

The Stretch Limousine is available as a chauffeured option for events and special occasions. It is not promised for every date without confirmation. Mercedes-Maybach bookings follow the same rule. Tell us passenger numbers and luggage when you enquire so the right vehicle is quoted.

Airport limousine service

Airport pickup and drop-off can be arranged at Muscat International Airport. Send the flight number, terminal if known, passenger count and preferred vehicle. Flight monitoring is available for airport pickups.

Up to two hours of complimentary airport waiting time is available for confirmed airport pickups. Additional waiting or itinerary changes may require a revised quotation. That waiting allowance is for confirmed airport pickups; it is not unlimited and is not automatically applied to hotel, city or touring bookings.

Corporate and business chauffeur service

Companies book E-Class, S-Class, Vito and other confirmed vehicles for meetings, hotel-to-office runs and visitor programmes. Invoices can be provided. Electronic payment and bank transfer are available. Multiple vehicles can be arranged when several guests move at the same time.

Events, conferences and delegations

The Stretch Limousine is requested in advance. If the date cannot be covered, an alternative confirmed vehicle from the list above can be quoted instead. No complimentary upgrade is implied.

Hotels, private journeys and tours

Hotel transfers, private journeys inside Muscat and private tours can use the same chauffeured fleet. Fuel and standard parking within Muscat are included in the confirmed service. Airport waiting and flight monitoring

For a confirmed airport pickup, the team can monitor the flight and hold the vehicle at the airport. Up to two hours of complimentary airport waiting time is available for those confirmed airport pickups. Additional waiting or itinerary changes may require a revised quotation.

City, hotel and event bookings do not inherit that airport waiting allowance automatically. State the required wait in the enquiry if the driver must remain between addresses.

How quotations work

Price confirmed upon request. The quotation depends on the vehicle requested, date and availability, pickup and drop-off locations, number of service hours, whether the job is airport, corporate, event or private, the number of vehicles, and waiting or itinerary requirements.

There is no published numeric fare on this page and no foreign-currency estimate. A starting figure from an old table should not be reused. The final amount is confirmed in Omani Rial before you accept the booking.

How to choose the correct vehicle

• Airport or hotel with light luggage: Camry or E-Class, subject to availability
• Executive or VIP city work: S-Class or Maybach, confirmed when booking
• Extra luggage or a small group: Vito, Tahoe or minivan
• Events and arrivals that need a Stretch Limousine: request that vehicle specifically and wait for confirmation
• Several parties at once: ask for multiple vehicles rather than overloading one car

Passenger and luggage capacity is confirmed against the actual vehicle assigned. Do not plan a full delegation into a sedan. If a restricted mountain road is involved later in the day, say so; a sedan or Stretch Limousine is not a substitute for a vehicle that the route requires.
